DMCA Policy

Rinevo respects the intellectual property rights of others.

We operate as an automated B2B vehicle scraping and machine translation indexing service, consolidating used-car specifications from public marketplaces (such as South Korea's Encar). In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), we have adopted the following policy to respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement.

1. Notice & Takedown Policy

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent, and you believe that any content indexed, cached, or translated by our scraping Services infringes upon your copyright rights, you may submit a written notification pursuant to the DMCA.

Upon receipt of a valid and complete infringement notice, we will expedite the removal or disablement of access to the allegedly infringing material, and notify any affected API subscribers or client portals.

2. How to File an Infringement Notice

To be effective, your DMCA notice must be in writing and include the following details:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., specific images, translations, text content).
Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to locate the material (including specific URLs, API endpoints, or vehicle ID keys).
Your contact information, including your physical mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a “good faith belief” that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Note:DMCA notices sent via email are processed significantly faster than physical correspondence. Please write “DMCA Infringement Notice” in the subject line of your email.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If we remove or disable access to content in response to an infringement notice, and you believe this was done in error or due to misidentification, you may send us a written counter-notification.

Your counter-notice must include:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your name, physical address, and telephone number, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court of your region, and that you will accept service of process from the original complaining party.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we enforce a strict repeat infringer policy. We reserve the right to permanently terminate the accounts, API access keys, and subscriptions of any user who is determined to be a repeat infringer of the copyrights of others.
