Terms of Service & EULA

Welcome to Rinevo. Please read this End User License Agreement and Terms of Service (“Agreement”) carefully.

This Agreement is a legal contract between you (either an individual or a business entity, “User” or “Licensee”) and Rinevo (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), governing your access to and use of the www.rinevoapi.autos website, the Rinevohigh-throughput vehicle scraping API, related data feeds, software clients, and the mobile admin application wrapper (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, purchasing an API key, accessing the web scraping sandbox, integrating our data feeds, or installing/using the mobile admin panel application, you explicitly agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

WARNING: IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO ACCESS THE API, INSTALL THE MOBILE WRAPPER, OR USE ANY RINEVO SCRAPING OR TRANSLATION SERVICES.

2. License Grant & Scope

Subject to your strict compliance with the terms of this Agreement and payment of any applicable subscription tier fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and non-sublicensable license to:

  • Query our high-throughput scraping API and parse vehicle listings up to your tier's allocated query limits.
  • Incorporate translation payloads (e.g., converted Korean option names and specifications) into client-facing vehicle explorer portals and internal inventory systems.
  • Install and run the compiled mobile dashboard application wrapper (DraxarAdmin) on an authorized Android device for your internal management purposes.

3. Usage Restrictions

You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:

  • Reverse Engineer: Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble our proprietary scraping algorithms, translation dictionaries, or proxy routing setups.
  • Resell API Keys: Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense your assigned API keys to any third party.
  • Denial of Service: Bypass API rate limits, flood our servers with excessive queries outside standard caching directives, or perform denial-of-service (DoS) attacks.
  • Platform Spoofing: Use the scraping engine in a manner that attempts to impersonate administrative users or breach our database controls.

4. Data & Intellectual Property Ownership

Proprietary Assets: All right, title, and interest in and to our scraping system, database schemas, custom translation maps, logo designs, web interface code, and server configurations belong exclusively to Rinevo.

No Vehicle Ownership or Sale: You explicitly acknowledge that Rinevois not a vehicle dealer, broker, agent, or merchant. We do not own, sell, lease, or distribute any physical vehicles, nor do we act as an intermediary for transactions. Any vehicle purchases or negotiations must take place directly with the vehicle's owner, listing dealer, or source platform.

No Image or Specification Ownership: All vehicle images, detail sheets, options lists, registration numbers, and historical accident records belong to their respective original owners, photographers, or source platforms. Rinevo does not claim any copyright, trademark, or ownership rights over these materials. We scrape and translate public specifications solely for search-indexing and cataloging convenience.

🤝 Relationship with Source Platforms (Encar): We highly respect source platforms, including South Korea's Encar platform. We do not compete with Encar. Our scraping, search-indexing, and option-translation services are designed solely to facilitate index-level access for analysis, translation, and consolidation. We strive to maintain a positive, cooperative, and compliant relationship with Encar, routing analytical reference value back to the marketplace ecosystems without infringing on original user experiences.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Uptime, system availability, or uninterrupted access to API endpoints.
  • Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of scraped vehicle records or historical accident records.
  • Correctness of translated vehicle option designations or color keys.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL Rinevo, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the use of our Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Rinevo during the three (3) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

7. User Privacy

We collect account registration credentials, billing metadata, usage logs, and API request parameters to maintain system security, analyze performance, and process payments. We do not sell user data. For detailed billing terms, payment details are securely routed through our payment gateways.

8. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your API key, your account, or your access to the mobile admin panel at any time, with or without notice, in our sole discretion, if we determine you have violated any provision of this Agreement, engaged in activity that damages our network reputation, or failed to pay subscription renewals.

Upon termination, all licenses granted under this Agreement shall immediately cease, and you must destroy all copies of the compiled mobile admin application in your possession.
